Prepared according to the historical recipe of Robert Gerlich and Max Prause – the former owners of the Warthaer Pfefferkuchen Honigkuchenfabrik established in 1860. Vegetarian-friendly product (made with artificial honey).
Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flour, artificial honey, artisanal marzipan (almonds, sugar, water), sugar, peach jam, blackcurrant jam, gingerbread spices (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, coriander fruit, allspice, nutmeg), dark chocolate.
