Wheat gingerbread packed with 9 varieties of dried fruits and nuts, finished with lemon icing. Prepared according to an original recipe by Magdalena Topolanek.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, honey, beet syrup, sugar, margarine, eggs, plum jam, spices (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, coriander fruit, allspice, nutmeg), chicory coffee, freshly squeezed lemon juice, hazelnuts, walnuts, migdały (mandeln), raisins, cranberries, apricots, figs, dates, prunes, lemon zest. Allergen information: Allergen ingredients (including cereals containing gluten, eggs, and tree nuts) are highlighted in bold. Dried fruits may contain sulfites.
