Chocolate Confection

Wholemeal gingerbread with nuts and cocoa, finished with a chocolate coating. Prepared according to the historical recipe of Robert Gerlich and Max Prause – the former owners of the Warthaer Pfefferkuchen Honigkuchenfabrik established in 1860.

Ingredients: Honey, wheat flour, rye flour, spelt flour, gingerbread spices (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, coriander fruit, allspice, nutmeg), cocoa, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, dark chocolate (coating). Allergen information: Allergen ingredients (including cereals containing gluten and tree nuts) are highlighted in bold.
