St. Hildegard Gingerbread with Rose Icing. Spelt gingerbread refined with galangal, bertram (pyrethrum), herbs, rose petals, and rose icing. Prepared according to an original recipe by Magdalena Topolanek.

Ingredients: Spelt flour, margarine, eggs, sugar, beet syrup, lavender, mint, lemon balm, rose petals, honey, spices (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, coriander fruit, allspice, nutmeg), galangal, bertram. Allergen information: Allergen ingredients are highlighted in bold.
